Transition Houses

Transition Houses are dedicated to creating safe space for women and children affected or at risk of abuse. Women of all cultural backgrounds, sexual orientation, and economic status are welcome in a Transition House.

Free individual counselling, advocacy, outreach services, information and referral, and support groups for women who are experiencing or have experienced abuse in relationships.

Second stage transitional housing projects for women and their children.

Individual counselling and support groups for children or teens who have experienced or witnessed abuse.

Warm Zone
The Warm Zone is a drop in facility for street engaged women with strong community support that includes the City of Abbotsford, Abbotsford Police Department, Abbotsford Community Services, faith-based groups, businesses, service clubs, and individuals.

Pregnancy Outreach Program

"Baby's Best Chance" programs support healthy living for women experiencing high-risk pregnancy (i.e. low birth weight).We support women throughout their pregnancies, until six months after delivery, by promoting positive health practices and adequate weight gain for both the mother and the child.

Silent Witness Project

Silent Witness is…
a traveling exhibit of life-sized red wooden silhouettes.  Each represents a woman who was murdered by a husband, common-law partner, boyfriend or intimate acquaintance.
