The Women's Resource Society of the Fraser Valley is a non-profit registered charity providing services to women and children in the Mission and Abbotsford communities.

WRSFV Vision
The Women’s Resource Society of the Fraser Valley is a leader in creating a world in which people peacefully resolve conflict in their homes, communities, countries and across the globe.  Through innovative programs, diversity practices, social enterprise, and partnerships we build community capacity for spiritual, physical and emotional growth, and social responsibility in harmony with the environment.

 

 

Our Mission:
"We are a feminist Society providing safe refuge and community based resources for women and children. We promote and support women's efforts to achieve domestic, political, and social equality."

The WRSFV Board’s role is to govern the affairs of the Society and act as a trustee for the people and communities receiving services from the Women’s Resource Society of the Fraser Valley. The Board is responsible for creating a vision for the Society, articulating its values and principles, setting goals, developing effective governance policies, meeting and monitoring standards and results.
